Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original NorthEDC packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
